Through a commitment to set goals, measure performance and track progress the Michigan HealthLink (MHL) draws upon our state-of-the-art health information technology framework to provide meaningful performance improvement activities. Under the leadership of the Board of Directors, we proactively monitor and measure performance to promote the effective and efficient delivery of health care. Continuous quality improvement centers on utilization, cost and quality components.
